This visit is for patients who have already completed their initial consultation visit or are already established patients who need a functional & integrative assessment visit. This type of group visit is typically completed after a new patient's initial consultation visit or for established patients who have expressed a need for a functional or integrative care plan and are starting their journey.

To complete a full functional assessment typically 2 group visits are required, depending on the patient.

These appointments are completed virtually via Zoom. Remember this type of visit is not for new patients who first must establish care with our office.
