Patient Portal Instructions

If you have previously been sent an email invitation to register for the patient portal we recommend that you sign up for your portal via the link in that email. 

If you are a new patient or an established patient that has not logged into their portal we do recommend that you signup/login to your portal.  Your patient portal is used to communicate with you and where your results and orders are published to.
